Welcome to Ealing Housing Options

Welcome to Ealing’s Housing options website. Here you will find information about the housing opportunities available to you. When you log in, the website will recognize who you are and will know what your current housing circumstances are. The information that you see on this website will therefore be tailored to you. The website contains information about rented housing in Ealing, but also will give you advice on where else to look for housing.

If you are facing homelessness, or are being pressured to leave the accommodation you are in, you should click on the buttons to the right of the page. Here you will find lots of information and advice which will help you to decide what you should do next.

You will notice from the two tables below, how few people we are able to rehouse into social housing each year. We still have around 13,000 households registered for housing on our waiting list. We have around 900 lets per year, and these only go to the people most in housing need. Clients in Band D have no prospects of rehousing at all, unless you are applying for older person accommodation. If you are in Band D you need to use this website to explore all other housing options.
