Welcome to Ealing Housing Options

Welcome to Ealing’s Housing Options website. Here you will find information about the housing opportunities available to you as well as other information on benefits, employment and things that may affect you as a resident of Ealing. When you log in using your LIN and date of birth, the website will recognise you and will know what your current housing circumstances are. The information that you see on your home page will therefore be tailored to you. On this page you can read about renting in the private sector in Ealing as well as advice on where else you can look for housing.

If you are facing homelessness or are being pressured to leave the accommodation you are in, you should click on the buttons to the right of the page. Here you will find lots of information and advice which will help you to decide what you should do next.

You will realise from reading the article below 'How long does it take to get housed?' that we are able to rehouse only a very few households each year. There are over 13,000 households registered for housing on our waiting list and we manage around 900 lets per year, delivered to those people with the greatest housing need. Clients in Band D have no prospects of being rehoused at all, unless you are over 50 years old and applying for older person accommodation, or someone in your household has been working at least 24 hours a week for 12 of the last 18 months. If you are in Band D you should use this website to explore all other housing options open to you.
