It enables applicants for low cost home ownership to register their details in one database, rather than separately with a number of Registered Social Landlords (Housing Associations).
Who are Locata (Housing Services) Limited? Locata is a Controlled Company owned by the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow, and the RSL's Ealing Family Housing Association, Paradigm Housing Group Ltd and PCHA Housing Association.
